i think this is an awesome tutorial. very clear and concise. i've never worked with polymer clay and thought of trying it out, but i was overwhelmed with trying to figure out all the tools that might be needed. i just may give this a whirl...but maybe when it cools off. i dont' even want to try and turn the oven on in this arizona heat.

thanks.. its my first so i wasn't sure how easy it would be to understand ^_^ It is the middle of winter here in australia, so the clay is often really firm and i need to warm my hands up before it will budge lol ^^

anyways if you do try, i would love to see your work :)

i will i will...but one question, what type of paint u used?

it is acrylic paint. the red and green bottles shown in the picture are the two brands i use. if you do use these brands, i have found that red in the SEMCO brand does smear a little when glazing, and ive heard it is better in the KAISERcolour brand. the green in KAISERcolour brand smears a tiny bit, so perhaps try that in a different brand :p but if you are careful when glazing you should be able to avoid the smearing ^_^

that is a very well made tutorial. very clear and to the point. and you're lucky that none of your charms have fallen out. i've been careless, didn't glue, and lost like 3 charms already T.T
